Our first project was born when a small group of friends threw money in a hat to create a scholarship fund for students of Stann Creek.  We've kept the momentum going through the formation of our organization seven years ago, but the sustainability of this initiative depends completely upon increasing the size and strength of this original group of friends.

Full Basket Belize (FBB) remains a grassroots volunteer organization, completely run by individuals who volunteer their time and energy to set up programming, fundraising, and all of the logistical aspects of this small endeavor.  FBB has official non-profit status from the IRS, so all donations are tax-deductible.  More importantly, since FBB is run by volunteers, supporters can donate with the satisfaction of knowing that every cent possible goes directly to supporting FBB projects and scholarships.
